You must do your returns as follows:

• You can start your return process by applying for “Returns and Refunds” on the “Order Tracking” page within 14 days from the date of delivery to your address.
• To return the product, you must send it to FRF90.com with its original box and invoice. In order for your return to be accepted, the product must be undamaged and unused.

Refund:

• After the return process is completed, the payment is made to your credit card/bank account within 24 hours. Account to reflect the duration of the payment process can vary depending on your bank.

For product returns purchased with shopping credits; standard procedure applies.

In the event of your product cancellation/refund, your product amount will be refunded to your account defined by FRF90.

When your credit order is canceled/returned, your credit is not considered to be closed. If you also request to withdraw from the loan after the product cancellation/return, you must contact the bank individually. You will be responsible for the interest incurred from your order date to your loan closing date.
